A: One-year agreement with a simple 30-day opt-out. No long-term lock-in.
Q: We already have Bulletin, will this affect that?
A: Not at all. We complement platforms like Bulletin. They focus on internal communication - we bring in local businesses and new opportunities that benefit your residents and community.
Q: How much work is this for our team?
A: None. We handle installation, content, and ongoing management. Your team doesn’t have to lift a finger.
Q: Do we get to choose where our advertisements go?
A: Please select your preferred places from our Master List. We do not allow competitors on the same boards - as long as there is space it is yours. We do reserve the right to move your ads due to paid campaigns. You may request your ad locations at any time.
Q: How do we control who advertises in our space?
A: Your community has 100% right of refusal for any content. Our partners are local, family-focused, and designed to bring value to your residents who see them.
Q: What happens if someone damages or steals your screens?
A: We handle 100% of liability. If anything happens, you’re never responsible.
